The device uses a camera with an infrared beamformer to capture surface images of the measured river or channel. Through image recognition, photography time intervals, and complex algorithms, the flow velocity distribution on the water surface is calculated. Then, based on hydraulic models and algorithms, the vertical flow velocity distribution of the flow measurement section is obtained; The measurement of water level is calculated based on landmarks and image recognition on the shore; By analyzing the vertical velocity distribution and water level, the flow rate of the entire section can be calculated.
This device is a product that uses the principle of image velocimetry to measure the flow velocity and volume of open channels in the wild. It utilizes Internet of Things technology, machine vision technology, and advanced image processing algorithms to achieve real-time measurement of non-contact and unmanned river surface flow velocity field (and thus vertical flow velocity field), water level, and flow rate.

Installation location:
The camera integrated machine should be installed near the straight section of the channel as much as possible, and the upper part should be as close to the center of the channel as possible. Its camera range should cover a certain section of the channel.
Installation method:
The camera all-in-one machine can be installed on masts, bridges, or buildings, and its mounting base can be fixed. Or configure an installation base plate, fix the installation base plate first, and then install the camera.
